Yesterday U3A enjoyed a very successful day at the Strath Neighbourhood Centre’s open day. Our table displayed a number of giveaways and we were also glad to showcase some of the artwork produced by U3A’s Social Art Group beside the usual array of posters and advertising material. The banner was also produced by the art group as a special project late last year and more that suited the occasion. Pictured is our President, Colin Forbes, sharing a happy moment with SNC volunteer, Julia Currie. Our thanks, also, to SNC for their ongoing support of U3A and its activities.
